Refund Policy

At Skouter Media, we’re committed to delivering real, measurable results. That’s why we offer the following refund policy:

1. 30-Day Lead Guarantee

If we do not generate at least one qualified lead in your first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund of your monthly fee — no questions asked.

A qualified lead is defined as a person who meets your business’s criteria (e.g., location, service interest, etc.) and submits their contact information through our ad campaign.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at Joseph@skoutermedia.com within 5 business days after your first 30-day period ends. Include your name, business name, and the reason for the request.

3. Refunds Outside the Guarantee

Outside of the 30-Day Lead Guarantee, refunds are not typically provided. However, exceptions may be made in rare cases and are evaluated at our discretion.

4. No Refunds for Delays Caused by the Client

If results were not achieved due to delays or lack of communication on your end, the refund guarantee does not apply.
